Complete a Registration Form
You may choose one of the following ways to complete a registration form:

- Contact us at info@cacenglish.com for the registration form to be mailed out to you.
- Call us at 416-218-0044 to request the registration form.
Send in Your Fees
- Registration Fee: All registration forms must be accompanied by a $100 (CAD) nonrefundable registration fee.
- Homestay Applicant: Students who are applying for homestay must send $ 180 (CAD) nonrefundable placement fee along with the appropriate homestay fee. Refer to the fees page for details.
* Please complete the Homestay section of the Registration form.
- Airport Pick-up Fee: Students who wish to have the airport pick-up service must send $ 100 (CAD).
* Please complete the Airport Pickup section of the Registration form.
- Payment can be made by Bank draft, MasterCard/Visa, or Wire transfer. Send wire transfer to:

After you have been accepted, CAC will send you a Letter of Acceptance. Present this letter to your nearest Canadian consulate or embassy to obtain either a Student Authorization or a Visitor's Visa.
Upon Arrival at CAC...
You are required to take the placement exam and meet with our counselor prior to commencement of the programme. Please plan to arrive well in advance to get situated before the orientation day.

- Registration fee and Homestay placement fees are non-refundable.
- Tuition refund is given should Immigration Canada refuse to issue a student or visitor visa. You must send us the refusal letter as well as the letter of acceptance for a full refund.
- Students who arrive to Canada via CAC’s study permit forfeits the right to all refunds.
- Should a student cancel 31 days or more before the start date of the program, the school will refund 80% of tuition fees paid.
- Should a student cancel 30 days or less before the start date of the program, the school will refund 70% of tuition fees paid.
- If a student starts the program and cancels (or is dismissed) within 5 calendar days, the school will refund 50% of tuition fees paid. Does not apply to students who came via CAC study permit (see policy no. 3).
- If a student starts the program and cancels (or is dismissed) after 5 calendar days, NO refund will be given.
- If a student is not present on the first day of class without a prior notice, the student forfeits all tuition fees.
- In case of postponement, school refund policy will apply according to the original starting date unless advance notice of at least 1 week is given to school.
