A visa is needed by all international students who wish to study for longer than three months in Canada . Students must apply for a Student Authorization at a Canadian embassy or consulate before they leave for Canada. Authorization usually takes from 1 to 3 months to process.  It is important that you plan ahead.

   2. An official Letter of Acceptance from Cornerstone Academic College

   3. Proof of sufficient funds for living expenses

   4. In some countries, a medical examination is needed

Please note: Full payment must be received one month before a Letter of Acceptance will be sent to you.

  • Visitor’s Visa

If you wish to travel to other countries when in Canada including the USA , you will need the visa regulations that apply to you. You can get these by contacting the embassy or consulate of the corresponding country before you depart from your own country.

Temporary Residence Applications:

It is mandatory for all students to have their own health care insurance policies with enough coverage to last the full length of their stay in Canada . However, in the case that they do not, CAC will assist you to make the necessary arrangements.
