   The Intensive Business (28 hours per week) Program at Cornerstone Academic College is designed to give you a unique experience into the world of Business.  The IBE program includes:

• Study Topics: International Marketing, Communication, Human Resources, E-commerce, Management Styles, Customer Service, Team Building, Finance & Risk, Takeovers and Mergers, & others.

• Field Trips to visit local businesses and learn about their operations. Examples: Toronto Star, Magnotta winery, Toronto Stock Exchange.

• Learn how to give business presentations in front of a group, using computer and OHP presentations.

• Volunteer Work Program: upon completion of the 2 month Intensive Business Program, we will help you find a volunteer position in Toronto so you can have real-life working experience alongside native Canadians.  

• Specialized Business Classes such as Marketing & Advertisement, International Business, and TOEIC   are part of the IBE package.

IBE Time Table

   A General Business English (20 hours per week) program is offered to students who wish to
broaden their English proficiency in business communication.

   Students who whish to attend the Business English program must be high school graduates
with either a test score of 140 on  the TOEFL (CBT) or 730 on the TOEIC. Students may also enter the program by showing proof of 
an equivalent level or better on the CAC palcement test.
